My plans


Hey lovelies!!


I just want to share my diet plan for the next days because I think it is important to have a routine or something to hold on to:


* no chocolate and not too many sweets!!

* 1 1/2 l of water/ sugarfree tea

* not more than 1200 cal each day

* at least 1 walk per day and 10 minutes cardio-workout :D


Sounds easy, BUT as I know myself it won't be easy...

WAKE UP

I think I just woke up... well, i hope..
I don't know what to do anymore, I'm eating and bingeing nonstop!!
And then I just thin: ' who cares? you are normal! where's ur problem. u aren't fat!'
well not yet, but if i don't stop...
But this blog will help me to stop!
I always thought about blogging because I just love blogs with wich you can share your thoughts and problems with others who have the same thoughts and problems.
I just read the book " adventures of a diet-girl" and I'm in love with it! Your weight is such a personal thing UNTIL you realise that many other girls just have the same problems as you have!!
